    Are you bonded & insured?

    Yes, we are fully bonded & insured through reputable insurance companies.

    How many dogs do you walk at a time?

    Unless specified otherwise, we focus on one dog at a time for each walk. If you wish to have your dog socialized with other dogs then there is the option for placing them in a group walk.

    What are normal business (walking/running) hours?

    Our normal walking hours are 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday. If weekend walks are needed, we are available on a case by case basis, an additional fee will apply. Doggie Vacations may also include weekends.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 24 hour notice. We do however understand that it may be difficult in certain situations. Therefore, we ask that you please notify us by 9:00am the day of the scheduled walk. Cancellations after 9:00am will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    Does the same person walk my dog every day?

    We believe in developing a relationship between our dog walkers and your pet therefore your dog will have the same dog walker for every scheduled walk. If there are any changes we will notify you in advance.

    Will my dog ever be off-leash?

    No, your dog will never be off-leash. For the safety of your pet and our dog walkers, we adhere to company policy of keeping our dogs on-leash for the entire scheduled walk or run.

    How do I schedule walks/runs? What methods of payment do you accept?

    Walks can be scheduled with our online scheduling system, via email or phone. We will then contact you to set up an initial visit.

    My dog has been aggressive in the past, can we still be clients?

    Safety is one of our top priorities. During the initial visit we will assess whether or not service can be provided. However, we do reserve the right to discontinue service if general safety becomes a concern.

    What is an initial consultation and why is it important?

    The initial visit is done in your home allowing you to address any questions you might have about our company, us, and our services. We also get a chance to meet your dog and obtain relevant information which may include: vet information, building entrances (keys, fobs), medical history, location of food/water, emergency contact, special requests, etc.

    Are background checks performed for your walkers?

    Every walker also goes through an initial orientation and has several supervised walks before becoming your primary dog walker. We have an extensive hiring process and background checks are performed on all walkers before they are hired.

    Do you have an referral or loyalty programs?

    Yes, we do!! We also have a program for signing up for our automatic payment option. Ask your walker today!
